I can’t say enough about the beautiful flowers that were delivered to us for my Dad’s celebration of Life Memorial. I wanted the day to be special and make my Dad proud. We ordered six arrangements to celebrate my Dad. Mike worked with me to create the perfect arrangements, I also requested to have all white flowers and spider mums as it is tradition in our culture. He worked with me every step of the way. I was so happy with all the arrangements that Mike and his team created. They looked better than the images shown on the site. I don’t usually write reviews unless the service is memorable and exceptional! I am someone who can be very particular and I wouldn’t have changed a thing. We are still enjoying the flowers a week later! You can really see that they create the arrangements with love and use premium flowers. I know my Dad loved seeing all the beauty that day also. I’m thankful we were able to surround him with all the gorgeous arrangements. I will always come back to Helen’s Flower shop for all my future needs. They are exceptional in service and quality!

A few months ago I needed flowers quickly and Helen’s came up as a florist near downtown Oakland. I gave them a call and Mike asked me a series of questions to determine what type of bouquet to get. I was able to pick them up within a couple of hours and the flowers were beautiful. They even added an additional lovely purple rose to the bouquet after I mentioned how much my partner would love that specific flower. I will order from them again next time I want or need flowers.

I received a beautiful bouquet and sweet card from Helen’s Flower Shop that made my day! The flowers were in perfect condition and they even called me to confirm my address. I really appreciated their care and attention to detail! The arrangement was beautiful!

I needed a last minute gift for my sister's birthday and ordered flowers from helen's flowers. They did the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. My sister was overjoyed. I can't tell you how much I appreciate it.

I didn't want to use 1-800 flowers so I was looking for a local florist to make an arrangement & deliver. Same day service. Desperately looking online, I find Helen's flower shop opened early. The gentleman on the phone was so professional & nice. He got my flowers delivered before 11am & brought smiles to the recipient. He even sent me a confirmation of the delivery. Arrangements looked great. I'll definitely save them for future use & highly recommend them.

Mike over at Helen’s was so helpful. He communicated clearly and quickly, explained all of the options in detail to me, and went above and beyond in service by printing out a long letter that I wanted attached to my delivery. He did it all within two hours of my call, I was really impressed and so were the recipients of my gift. Highly recommended.

I called Helen's Flower Shop on the morning of my loved one's birthday, knowing it was super last minute and hoping I'd be able to get an arrangement by the time of the party a few days later. Mike was INCREDIBLE! He asked what bouquets I liked best, and 30 minutes (yes, 30 minutes!) later had made a GORGEOUS custom arrangement! My family member LOVED the flowers, which I was able to give him later that day, on his actual bday. Thank you so much, Mike, for being so accommodating and for your beautiful work! Edit: The price for a custom bouquet was very reasonable, especially considering it was last minute!

I needed a last minute flower crown. I called a few places in the Oakland/San Francisco area. Helen's Flower Shop was so friendly and accommodating from the first phone call. I only gave a vision of what I wanted. When the finished product was picked up, it was perfect for my Goddaughter's 1st Communion. She loved her fresh crown as did I. Above satisfied with the work and customer service I received. They went above and beyond!

Linda was so sweet. Found this flower shop on google and we were able to order a beautiful bouquet for our graduate. The shop is inside a building and had to ask the front desk for access. Would recommend to all friends and family!

Since my first time at Helen’s, Mike and Linda have consistently helped me wow and impress. Not only are they some of the kindest people I’ve met; they’re attentive and their flowers are always fresh. You’ll definitely want to give them a call for your next special occasion or if you’re like me, a weekly gift to someone special.
